Ross has over 20 years experience with emphasis
on information technology, management and accounting. He began his career with a six-year stint at a regional
public accounting firm where he provided audit, tax and information technology services to a variety of clients.
As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at GOLDMARK Property Management, Ross helped that regional
real estate managment company become one of the leading implementers of information technology in the real estate industry.
In 2004 he became an independent consultant, utilizing his broad based expertise to assist clients looking to leverage
information technology for competitive advantage.
Voyager Implementations/Conversions – Project manager for the first company to implement Voyager in 2001. Has
successfully converted clients from Advantage, Professional, Enterprise and non-Yardi solutions to Voyager 5.0 and 6.0.

- Developed custom ASP.net solution to streamline renewal process/letter writing campaigns using existing Yardi tables.
Displays complete leasing history and market rent comparisons for each tenant during the renewal proposal screen.

JE Distribution Module –
Create one-time and recurring Journal Entries that
are distributed across a property list. Supports unlimited nesting of property lists. Overcomes
the many limitations of Enterprise “Import > Tran” function. ASP.Net and MS Access versions available.
